	What forms of payment are accepted?
You can pay by  or debit card or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
	What information do I need?
You will need your ESP invoice number and the zip code on the invoice.
	What happens after I make my payment?
As soon as you make your payment and it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not have an email address a receipt will be mailed to you within 7-10 days.
